......As the journey continues......  It seems as though Barb has had tooooo much time on her hands as she has planned another ADVENTURE!!!!!!  This time we are going to ride our bikes from Bar Harbor Maine to Greensboro NC, with a side trip through Pittsburgh.  Maine because it is the "top of the states" and we know people there and Greensboro because Barb has a brother Roger and his lovely wife Suzie who live there.  The side trip to Pittsburgh is because that is generally where Barb grew up and still has friends, not to mention she wanted to ride down the old railroad grade the GAP (Greater Allegheny Passage) to Cumberland, then down the old C&O tow path (Cumberland & Ohio barge tow path) to DC.  We are going to drive to Greensboro then take the train and what not to Bar Harbor.  We should be arriving in Bar Harbor on September 2nd and leaving the 5th. 

To let you know we haven't been totally slackin, here are some pics of our Cycle Utah trip where we climbed one day to elevation 10350.  The altitude didn't hurt us too bad as we were riding into 20mph headwinds the whole day.  Plenty of help with the inhale.

So, keep your hats on, as we don't depart Woodinville until August 23.  I am just setting up the blog today...... and the memory recall is rather painful, but it is starting to come back.  STAY TUNED and we will keep you posted.
