October 4, rain AND cold

We left the B&B on our way to Confluence, or Ohiopyle.  Confluence was to be a 52 mile day, and Ohiopyle would have been about 42 if we didn't make the 52.  It was cold and kinda wet.  the wet wasn't as bad as yesterday as our derailuers didn't crud up.  We stopped in our favorite restaurant in Connellsvile (the one we went to when we were dropped off by Rich a few days back).  At lunch we decided to call a head for lodging.....good thing we did, as there wasn't any.  So plan B or C as it were, we stayed at a motor lodge in Connellsville, only a 29 mile day.  Good (warm) nights sleep, and we are off hopefully some time today.  I think that there will be a trip to our restaurant first.... on another note, we did get a trip into WalMart as it was the closest thing near us to a grocery store...
