Well as much as I had the command of Lafayette yesterday (or really good pancakes), today was mucho different. We had a good night at the motel. It was a small no frill place but clean and room for bikes....don't get no better. When I went to get in the shower, I had a spike pain in my left shin. Definitely from my lower back. So extra stretches this morning. Even the stretching got it to fire a bit. Barb just had the standard stuff, no problems.
Then I knew we would be climbing, but I didn't know it would be that much. We had been climbing hills all along the way, but not steep hills for over 3 miles. I pushed my bike over 2.5 miles today. one push was over 1.5 miles. But, at the end of the day, we were alive and still talking to each other. So here are the pics of today.
